In Happy Mochi, every move counts: cards can only be played in pairs, and you’re never allowed to rearrange your hand.
Follow the value rules carefully… unless you’ve got a matching pair! Then you get to shout “Happy Mochi!” and toss the rulebook aside as you make your move.
