Overhauled Games Return Policy
We gladly accept eligible returns by mail. Merchandise that fit the criteria are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase and must be in original condition – in sealed, unused, and in resellable condition. Please note, we do not accept exchanges—please return your item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS BY MAIL
Please contact us via support chat or email to get your return approved prior to sending.
To start your return:
- Enclose the packing slip with your purchase, and return your parcel to the post office with either your shipping label or our provided return label.
- Obtain proof of postage.
- Securely package your item(s) using original packaging if possible.
- Select a carrier (e.g., Australia Post) that provides a tracking number and pay all shipping fees required.
- Ship to the following address:

RETURN TIME FRAMES
- IN-STORE PURCHASES: 14 days from the date of purchase.
- ONLINE PURCHASES (AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL): 14 days from the date of delivery.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind on all Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster boxes, packs, cases, single cards, and slabs, regardless of purchase location or date.
- Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your return is the result of an error on our part, please email us with images and videos of the defect along with your order number. If incorrect items were shipped, or if the merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping, we will provide a full refund, including postage costs. It is at our complete discretion whether the item qualifies for compensation.
Defective items may be eligible for replacement of part or all of product (postage covered by us where applicable) or a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
- Receiving incorrect or additional products
If you receive an incorrect or additional item, please contact Customer Support immediately with your order number and photographic and video evidence of the products received.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
Returns submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to the warehouse. Refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7–10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing may take 5 business days, depending on your financial institution. Orders made via Buy Now, Pay Later may incur an additional 5% fee.
RETURN TO SENDER (SENDER ERROR)
For orders returned due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect), a restocking fee will apply, including:
- Original shipping cost
- $10 Return to Sender fee
- 5% handling fee.
