Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to help grow our brand across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone bursting with creative energy — someone who loves brainstorming UGC ideas, thrives on making fun/funny videos, doesn’t take themselves too seriously, and knows how to have fun while producing high-quality, engaging videos with sharp editing and personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Create Engaging Content – Develop and execute creative social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Post Consistently Across Platforms – Schedule and upload regular posts, reels, and stories that align with product launches, events, and community highlights.
- Orchestrate the Video Creation Process – Collaborate with the team to plan, film, and edit high-quality videos that capture the fun and excitement of the TCG world.
- Contribute to Content Planning & Campaigns – Work with the team to brainstorm UGC ideas, memes, and marketing campaigns that resonate with the community and drive sales.
- Collaborate in a Fun, Creative Environment – Work closely with a passionate and friendly team to bring fresh ideas to life while maintaining a lighthearted, engaging brand voice.
Qualifications:
- Reliability: Strong organizational skills and dependability.
- Creative & Social Media Savvy – Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends, with an eye for storytelling, humour, and community engagement.
- Enthusiasm for the TCG Industry – A genuine passion for trading card games (especially Pokémon) and the culture surrounding them.

Basic Video & Editing Skills – Comfortable filming, editing, and producing short-form video content that feels authentic, fun, and on-brand.
