Orders and Shipping
Yes, if you’re under 18, please ensure you have the authorisation of an adult before placing an order with us.
We ship within Australia only, using Australia Post tracked shipping.
It typically takes 5-10 business days for regular shipping and 1-5 business days for express shipping.
Yes, we offer a click-and-collect service. You can pick up your order from our store at U2 / 374 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North, 3054. Pick-up is available 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm, including weekends.

Yes, we offer pre-orders on selected products. Please note that if you order other items alongside a pre-order, your entire order may be shipped when the pre-ordered item is available. For separate shipping, please place separate orders.
Pre-orders are processed like regular orders. Shipping times may vary depending on when the pre-ordered item is released.
We may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@overhauledgames.com.au. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
If the order has not been shipped, you can request a change of delivery address. Please contact us immediately at support@overhauledgames.com.au.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
To return an item, contact us via support chat or email for approval. Package the item securely and send it using a tracked service to:

Return postage is usually at the buyer’s expense, but this may be reviewed depending on the circumstances.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos or videos as evidence. If it’s our mistake, we will issue a full refund, including postage costs.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, hazardous materials, and sale items. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the return. It may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to show in your account after processing.
We aim to process returns within two weeks of receiving the item at our warehouse.
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
We currently do not offer real-time tracking for returns. However, you can contact us at support@overhauledgames.com.au to check the status of your return.
