We ship within Australia only. We use Australia Post tracked shipping.
It will take up to 5-10 business days for regular shipping and 1-5 business days for express shipping.

We cover all customs duties, so you will not be charged.
You have 7 days from receiving your product to request a return for a full refund. Ensure the item is in its original condition. Since we deal with collectible items, any tampering will void the return, and you will need to pay for shipping to have the item sent back. (Please see Returns Policy for more info.)
Currently, we do not process exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, follow our return policy to get a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This allows for faster processing and ensures the item is still available.
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process once received. After the return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your credit card to reflect the refund.
If your product is damaged, please email us at support@overhauledgames.com.au with a photo. Our customer service team will instruct you on the next steps and confirm whether a replacement is possible.
