In Mogel Motte (Cheating Moth), cheating isn’t just allowed—it’s required! Your goal is to be the first to get rid of all your cards, but some can only be “played” by secretly getting rid of them—drop them, hide them, or sneak them away!
Each player starts with eight cards, while one becomes the Guard Bug, watching for cheaters. On your turn, play a card numbered one higher or lower than the top discard—or draw if you can’t. But beware: the Guard can call you out for cheating! If caught, you take back your card, get a penalty, and become the new Guard.
Special action cards add chaos:
Ant – Everyone else draws a card.
Cockroach – Race to play a matching card.
Mosquito – Everyone slaps the pile; the slowest takes cards.
Spider – Give one card to another player.
The round ends when someone runs out of cards. Others score points for leftovers, and the player with the lowest score after all rounds wins.
Fast, funny, and mischievous—Mogel Motte turns cheating into an art form!
