Orders and Shipping

Do you SELL Singles? (Single Cards) 

We do NOT currently sell singles in our physical store, but there may be some available on our website. There are 0 Single Cards at our physical location. However, we do sell sealed Promo Packs and looking to expand into Single Cards via our website. 

Do you BUY Singles or Slabs or Graded Cards or Sealed Product? 

Yes! We currently only purchase Pokemon TCG products, in the form of singles, slabs and sealed products. For ALL enquiries regarding the selling of these cards, please email us at support@overhauledgames.com.au. Please provide us with as much information possible including but not restricted to: 

1) Name of product/card, 

2) Quantity of product/card

3) Proposed asking price (if any)

4) Condition of product (if any damages, or the condition of the card LP/MP/M/NM etc)

Any photos. Please note, we prefer lists of products clearly laid out (Product Name, Quantity, Asking Price) 

What if an item is Out of Stock? When will it be back in stock? 

We recommend emailing us at support@overhauledgames.com.au to check on any items showing as out of stock. Occasionally, technical errors may cause products to appear unavailable when they are actually in stock. Some products, such as Sealed Cases, are made to order, and their pricing may not always be updated on our website. Contacting us directly ensures you get the most accurate availability and pricing information. 

Do I need to be over 18 to place an order? Yes, if you’re under 18, please ensure you have the authorisation of an adult before placing an order with us. 

Where do you ship to? We ship within Australia only, using Australia Post tracked shipping. 

How long does it take to receive my order? It typically takes 5-10 business days for regular shipping and 1-5 business days for express shipping. 

Is pick up available? Yes, we offer a click-and-collect service. You can pick up your order from our store at U2 / 374 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North, 3054. Pick-up is available 7 days a week, from 8am to 9pm, including weekends. 

What do I do if I haven’t received my order? If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at support@overhauledgames.com.au

Can I pre-order products? Yes, we offer pre-orders on selected products. Please note that if you order other items alongside a pre-order, your entire order may be shipped when the pre-ordered item is available. For separate shipping, please place separate orders. 

How do pre-orders work? Pre-orders are processed like regular orders. Shipping times may vary depending on when the pre-ordered item is released. 

Can I cancel my order? We may be able to cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@overhauledgames.com.au. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. 

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? If the order has not been shipped, you can request a change of delivery address. Please contact us immediately at support@overhauledgames.com.au

Do you sell gift cards? Not yet, but we’re working on offering gift cards in the near future.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. 

How do I return an item? To return an item, contact us via support chat or email for approval. Package the item securely and send it using a tracked service to: Overhauled Games 374 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North, 3054, VIC, Australia. 

Do I have to pay for return postage? Return postage is usually at the buyer’s expense, but this may be reviewed depending on the circumstances. 

What if my item is damaged or faulty? If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos or videos as evidence. If it’s our mistake, we will issue a full refund, including postage costs. 

Are there any items I cannot return? Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalised items, hazardous materials, and sale items. Gift cards are also non-returnable. 

How long will it take to receive my refund? Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the return. It may take up to 7-10 working days for the refund to show in your account after processing. 

How long does it take to process returns? We aim to process returns within two weeks of receiving the item at our warehouse. 

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? No, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want. 

Can I track the status of my return? We currently do not offer real-time tracking for returns. However, you can contact us at support@overhauledgames.com.au to check the status of your return.
